Runes and skulls and side objectives and.YET. No one seems to be able to explain them in simple ways. Even after reading guides for a total of 20 hours, I still can not figure out how to get chaos levels to work (even though I have successfully done 3 runs) There are so many little games within the runs that I cant figure out either, even after reading guides. Also, even though I enjoyed the story and dialogue as a first playthrough, going through all this over again with other characters would really drag this out, there should be an option to skip. The only two things that prevent me for making this a 10/10 is the online is currently messed up, you get disconnected all the time so let's hope they fix this soon enough. I really felt like this game was made out of passion and all this didn't bothered me at all. Sure there were some bits and things here and there but if you seriously can't enjoy the fun dialogue and this game just because the guy got a more ''queer'' accent, sure, skip to the next game. Don't be bothered about all that ''woke **** people are complaining about, it really isn't that bad, you can make a male or female character if you want, people are straight out lying and dialogue wasn't lgbdq+ woke whatever.
The game is shorter than other Borderlands game, probobly due to covid stuff as they quoted during the credits at the end of the game, but I don't think it's a bad thing, Borderlands 3 for example felt way too long and this one felt much better. I was worried about the overworld being a chore but they definitely pulled it off, since it's one of the best feature of Wonderlands imo. Great music, gorgeous zones, fully fleshed out side quests, the best end game a borderlands game has ever had, super fun character customization and overall was a blast for me.
